New Location, New Life

I'm not dead, YAY!

I have graduated from UWG in 2005 and I now have a job at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I am an Accelerator Specialist and I run a neutron producing machine at the Spallation Neutron Source. I live in Knoxville, TN.

My book has undergone some revisions and I will be posting the new version soon. I had my first book publishing rejection a few weeks ago from Baen Books. I feel encouraged to submit my work to other fantasy book publishers.

I am settling in my life quite nicely and I am finally starting to get back into what I love to do most - writing and reading!!

I have missed you all tremendously and I cannot wait to see the works that you have created!

It's good to see you around here still Heidi! I'm happy to hear that everything has worked out for you...though I'm sorry to hear about that rejection! It happens to every author though so I'm sure if you keep working on it, it will happen for you.

Greetings from the road! I'm out piloting a big orange 18 wheeler these days. I think its beyond aweseome that you're operating a particle accelerator, I'll even spare you the Ghostbusters quotes. Also, as talented a writer you are, keep at it, and I bet you will find a way to get your work published. I hope all is well.
